I started shopping for cds and movies at secondspin.com which has used cds and dvds for great prices. Anyway I had a shopping cart with a couple of cds and dvds that I decided to finish off and buy today. I'm one of those types of people that if I'm ordering something online, I'll pick a bunch of items, wonder if there are things I want that I'm forgetting, and just let sit there only to decide 2 days later that I don't want to spend that much money. That's what my mind goes through all the time when it comes to making purchases I know I probably don't need but I want.
What spurred it all is that the E.T. dvd will only be on sale through the 31st of December so I decided to pick that up as well as the Lord of The Rings gift set.
So today I got:
A.I. 2 disc special edition
Beauty And The Beast platinum edition (One of the only disney animated) movies I like
The Distinguished Gentleman (Eddie Murphy)
Liar Liar DTS version (No explanation needed)
Royal Tenenbaums Criterion collection (Great cast and screenplay)
Usual Suspects special edition (Have regular but want anamorphic and Dolby 5.1 version)
We Were Soldiers (One of the best war movies I've seen besides Private Ryan etc)
E.T. - Ultimate Gift Boxed Set (No more after Dec 31st and I couldn't deprive myself or my future children of it)
The Lord of the Rings - Platinum Series Extended Edition Collector's Gift Set (Same as E.T.)
Maybe some more blogging madness tonight from work.

You /liked/ AI? Holy cow. I hated that movie. I thought it was over like 8 times. By the time it was REALLY over, I wanted to shoot that goddamn kid.
