one of those days

It's raining and rain always makes me feel sluggish. Ninety-five percent of all of our wedding invitations have been sent out. Less than two months to go. Wow time creeps up on you...

War rant:
It was bad when we declared "war on terror". It was bad when we declared war on the "axis of evil". It was bad when we declared war on "Iraq". Now instead of terror, this war is for liberating people? WTF.

I think that I would've been ok with things if we were much more prepared for this war. As it stands we've used almost half of our tomahawk missiles in Iraq. Initially it was reported that Cheney and his civilian war planners said we would need no more than 60,000 troops to win a war with Iraq. The battle of Umm Qasr lasted much longer than anticipated and things are not easy. More info about how reality is setting in.
